SCROLL

FISHBONE CORRIDOR

Spanning the rivers of Hongtang Yichuang Anshan, "Fishbone Corridor" serves as a poetic link between nature and heritage. The installation utilizes a continuous series of forged stainless steel arches that mimic the elegant curvature of a fish skeleton. The canopy is crafted from intricate laser-cut plates with fish-scale motifs, finished in a pure white fluorocarbon coating to withstand the humid riverine environment. By day, sunlight filters through the hollowed patterns, casting dynamic shadows resembling schools of swimming fish onto the walkway. By night, integrated projection lighting transforms the bridge into a luminous ribbon over the water. This piece transcends the utility of a traditional bridge, acting as a cultural artery that revitalizes water-town memories while providing a safe and immersive transit experience for the public.
